Warranty, Repairs and Returns

Our intention is to design and build products that meet your needs. For that reason all GUDI products purchased directly from this Web site carry a one year guarantee. If, at anytime within the first year of receiving your product, you are unsatisfied for any reason simply contact us for an exchange, repair or refund depending on the damage. Unfortunately, this does not cover damage that was the result of misuse. We apologize, but shipping charges on returned products cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.

If you would like to exchange or return your GUDI, please email us as soon as possible at info@gudibags.com or call us at 360.739.5632. We like to know in advance of any returning items. Please seal your GUDI in its original packaging and send the product back to our Bellingham location with a brief note as to the reason for the return as well as your name, order number, or some other means of identifying your purchase.
